We’ll review your primary concerns, discuss your goals, and clarify what the process of working together typically looks like.

COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Before your first appointment, you’ll complete a detailed intake form covering your health history, symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and current concerns.
Your initial visit includes a comprehensive clinical assessment and identification of the key patterns contributing to your symptoms. Relevant laboratory recommendations and initial treatment priorities will be identified.

STRATEGY AND CARE PLANNING
This visit translates your lab results and assessment findings into a clear and individualized treatment strategy.
We’ll review the priorities for your care plan, discuss recommendations in detail, and create a structured approach designed to be realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.
